Standard United Kingdom Delivery 3-5 Working Days - FREE
We deliver our standard United Kingdom parcels using a courier service*. All parcels require a signature upon delivery and can be sent to a home, business or alternative address. You should ensure that someone is available to sign for the parcel. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make any address amendments. A second delivery attempt will be made on the following business day, should you be unavailable on the first call. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. We use DHL Parcel (formerly known as UKMail), DPD and FedEx for our United Kingdom deliveries. Please note we cannot deliver to BFPO addresses, P.O. Box addresses and hotels.
*With the exception of some remote destinations, upon which your goods may be dispatched via Royal Mail.

Next Day United Kingdom Delivery Next Working Day - £10.00
For guaranteed Next Day Delivery please place your order before 3pm GMT Monday – Thursday, orders placed before 3pm GMT on a Friday will be delivered on Monday. If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday your order will be dispatched the next working day. Your order will be dispatched via express courier service to your home, work or designated address. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make any address amendments. Collect in Store Orders in the UK - FREE
Delivery of Collect in Store orders to a selected Thomas Pink store is free of charge.
Your order will be available for collection the next business day if placed before 3pm GMT Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 3pm GMT will arrive in two business days.
Orders placed before 3pm GMT on a Friday will be available for collection on Monday. If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday your order will arrive in two business days.
The above delivery times are a best estimate of delivery but are not a confirmation. You will receive confirmation of your delivery to our store via SMS and/or email.
Orders are accepted and are subject to the standard terms and conditions of purchase at www.thomaspink.com. In addition, the following terms and conditions will also apply:
-Collect in Store is only available in selected stores as notified on www.thomaspink.com.
-On receipt of your Collect in Store order, we will send you an acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide at the point of placing the order. This acknowledgement email will contain your order number and details of your items and is an acknowledgement of your order and not of fulfilment.
-You will be informed that your order is ready for collection via SMS and/or email to the number/email address provided at the time of ordering.
-For security reason, in order to collect your order in-store please bring your confirmation email or SMS and photo ID (this can be a driver’s licence or passport).
-Orders awaiting collection will be held in store for a maximum of 7 business days. You will receive a reminder email after 4 business days. If your order is not collected after 7 business days your order will be returned and refunded.
-Collect in Store Orders are subject to our standard online Returns Policy.
Collection Point 2 – 3 Working Days - FREE
For our Collection Point Delivery, we use CollectPlus. When placing your order, you will be able to choose CollectPlus as a delivery option on the Delivery method page of the checkout. Once you have successfully placed and paid for your order, your item(s) will be processed and shipped to your chosen collection point. You will receive confirmation from CollectPlus via email and/or SMS once your parcel is available for collection. This will include your unique collection code. Parcels are delivered to CollectPlus collection points Monday to Saturday. A specific time for arrival cannot be given, please wait for your arrival notification from CollectPlus.
Please take your CollectPlus collection code and proof of ID (such as Driving Licence, Credit/Debit Card, Passport or Utility Bill) with you when you go to the collection point to collect your parcel.

Free returns on all orders are available in the United Kingdom with CollectPlus.
We are happy to exchange or refund any items (except undergarments) which has not been altered, washed, worn or which is defective within 30 days of your receiving the item. Orders can be returned or exchanged (subject to availability) by post or in store at a Thomas Pink standalone store in the UK (excluding department stores, outlets and airport locations).
Where you return or exchange an item by post, please complete the returns form and send your return using the original outer packaging where possible to our UK online returns department. The returns form and a returns label are provided with your order.
Refunds for items returned by post will be processed within approximately 5 business days of our receipt of the merchandise, using the original payment method. Original delivery costs will not be refunded.
Where you return or exchange an order at a Thomas Pink standalone store in the UK (excluding department stores, outlets and airport locations), please take the dispatch note as your proof of purchase.

If we need to charge or credit you on an exchange order our Client Care team will contact you. Please note: we must be notified of any missing or defective items within 7 days of receipt of an order. Gift Cards and e-vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Where an item bought using a gift card or e-voucher is returned (by post or in store), the item value will be credited to the original gift card or e-voucher. There will be no cash refund unless required by law.
Please ensure that your return or exchange is packaged securely with all tags still intact reusing the original outer packaging where possible and that the completed returns form is enclosed. This will ensure that your return is processed speedily.
Although we do not repay delivery charges (except in the unlikely event that your item is defective), where you have requested an exchange you will not be charged for delivery of the replacement item(s).
