DELIVERY

Your order maybe fulfilled from more than one location. If this happens you will receive an email after each part of your order is dispatched and you will also receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel.

Christmas Delivery

For guaranteed delivery before Christmas:

- Standard delivery, order by midnight on 12th December

- Next day delivery, order by 5pm ET on 20th December

We are happy to extend our Returns & Exchange policy on all online purchases made between November 18th and December 20th until January 31st, 2020. Kindly note any gift sets must be returned as sold. Our standard returns policy applies to gift card purchases.

 

United States of America Clients:

Standard Delivery 3-7 Business Days – FREE

We deliver our United States parcels using UPS. Your parcel can be dispatched to a home, business or alternative address. You should ensure that someone is available to sign for the parcel. Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. Please note we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses, hotels and APO/FPOs.

Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 10 business days.

We deliver to anywhere in the United States of America. If you are shipping to Puerto Rico, Canada or South America, please make sure you select your specific country as your shipping zone from the shipping destination selector and not the United States of America.

 

Next Day Delivery Next Business Day - $20.00

For guaranteed Next Day Delivery please place your order before 3pm ET Monday – Thursday, orders placed before 3pm ET on a Friday will be delivered on Monday. If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday your order will be dispatched the next working day. Your order will be dispatched via express courier service to your home, work or designated address. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make any address amendments. A signature is required for the order upon delivery. A second delivery attempt will be made on the following business day, should you be unavailable on the first call. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. We use UPS for our Unites States deliveries.

*Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days for order processing.

 

Collect in Store Orders in USA - FREE

Delivery of Collect in Store orders to a selected Thomas Pink store is free of charge.

Your order will be available for collection the next business day if placed before 3pm ET Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 3pm ET will arrive in two business days.

Orders placed before 3pm ET on a Friday will be available for collection on Monday. If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday your order will arrive in two business days.

The above delivery times are a best estimate of delivery but are not a confirmation. You will receive confirmation of your delivery to our store via SMS and/or email.

Orders are accepted and are subject to the standard terms and conditions of purchase at www.thomaspink.com. In addition, the following terms and conditions will also apply:

-Collect in Store is only available in selected stores as notified on www.thomaspink.com.

-On receipt of your Collect in Store order, we will send you an acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide at the point of placing the order. This acknowledgement email will contain your order number and details of your items and is an acknowledgement of your order and not of fulfilment.

-You will be informed that your order is ready for collection via SMS and/or email to the number/email address provided at the time of ordering.

-For security reason, in order to collect your order in-store please bring your confirmation email or SMS and photo ID (this can be a driver’s licence or passport).

-Orders awaiting collection will be held in store for a maximum of 7 business days. You will receive a reminder email after 4 business days. If your order is not collected after 7 business days your order will be returned and refunded.

-Collect in Store Orders are subject to our standard online Returns Policy.

 

RETURNS

Free returns on all orders are available in the United States of America with UPS Returns.

We are happy to exchange or refund any item (except undergarments) which has not been altered, washed, worn or which is defective within 30 days of your receiving the item.

Orders can be returned or exchanged (subject to availability) by post or in store at a Thomas Pink standalone store in the USA (excluding department stores, outlets and airport locations).

Where you return or exchange an item by post, please complete the returns form and send your return using the original outer packaging where possible, to our USA returns department. The returns form and a returns label are provided with your parcel.

Refunds for items returned by post will be processed within approximately 5 business days of our receipt of the merchandise using the original payment method. Original delivery costs will not be refunded.

Where you return or exchange an order at a Thomas Pink standalone store in the USA (excluding department stores, outlets and airport locations), please take your dispatch note as your proof of purchase.

Refunds in store will be carried out using the original payment method. Original delivery costs will not be refunded.

If we need to charge or credit you on an exchange order our Client Service team will contact you. Please note: we must be notified of any missing or defective items within 7 days of receipt of an order.

Gift Cards and e-vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Where an item purchases using a gift card or e-voucher is returned (by post or in store), the item value will be credited to the original gift card or e-voucher. There will be no cash refund unless required by law.

Please ensure that your return or exchange is packaged securely with all tags still intact reusing the original outer packaging where possible and that the completed returns form is enclosed. This will ensure that your return is processed speedily.

Although we do not repay delivery charges (except in the unlikely event that your item is defective), where you have requested an exchange you will not be charged for delivery of the replacement item(s).

 

United States of America Sales Tax

For orders delivered in the United States of America, prices are in US Dollars and are exclusive of sales tax. Sales tax might apply depending on the state you are shipping to and will be displayed before confirming your order online.
