I do not live in the United Kingdom or United State of America – will you still ship to me?

Yes. When you first go on to our site make sure you select the correct region for where you would like your shopping delivered to.

We deliver to most countries, however local import duties and additional charges may be payable on receipt. For orders placed outside the United Kingdom, United State of America and European, please note that your are responsible for any import duties and clearance fees (where applicable) in your own country and to check the duties and clearance fees with your local authorities.

How long does it normally take to receive my shopping?

All deliveries are sent from London using couriers and generally arrive within 3 to 5 business days in the United Kingdom. Overseas deliveries will take a little longer and may be subject to customs delays; deliveries to the United State of America generally take between 3-5 business days. Reserve and Collect orders will be available for collection in store within 4 working days, unless otherwise specified at the time of placing the order.

Occasionally some items may not be in stock immediately and this can cause short delays - if this happens our Web Sales Team will make contact to let you know of any problems. We will do our utmost to despatch all orders within seven days of receipt, subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation.

What happens if I do not receive my order in the timeframe?

It rarely happens that our customers do not receive their order within the specified timeframe for each country; however, from time to time this does occur. What are the delivery charges?

United Kingdom customers:

Standard United Kingdom Delivery (3-5 Working Days) £5.00

We deliver our standard United Kingdom parcels using a courier service*. All parcels require a signature upon delivery, which can be sent to a home, business or alternative address. You should ensure that someone is available to sign for the parcel. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make any address amendments. A second delivery attempt will be made on the following business day, should you be unavailable on the first call. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. We use DPD and FedEx for our United Kingdom deliveries. Please note we cannot delivery to P.O.Box addresses and hotels.

*With the exception of some remote destinations, upon which you goods may be dispatched via Royal Mail.

Express United Kingdom Delivery (1-2 Working Days) £6.95

For our Express Delivery option please place your order before 12pm Monday – Thursday, orders placed before 12pm Friday will dispatched on Monday. If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday your order will be dispatched the next working day. Your order will be dispatched via express courier service to your home, work or designated address. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to make any address amendments. A signature is required for the order upon delivery. A second delivery attempt will be made on the following business day, should you be unavailable on the first call. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. We use DPD and FedEx for our United Kingdom deliveries.

Express United Kingdom delivery may not be available during Sale due to high demand.

Channel Island customers - please note that United Kingdom zone prices and shipping apply to mainland customers only. If you would like to order online, please select the Channel Islands as your shipping zone on the website.

Next Day United Kingdom Delivery - £7.95

For our Next Day Delivery option please place your order before 12pm Monday – Thursday, orders placed before 12pm Friday will dispatched on Monday. Express FedEx Delivery (3-5 working days) $12.50

We deliver to anywhere in the United States of America for $12.50. If you are shipping to Canada or South America, please make sure you select your specific country as your shipping zone and not the United States of America.

We deliver our United States of America parcels using Federal Express, who require a signature upon delivery. Your delivery can be dispatched to a home, business or alternative address. You should ensure that someone is available to sign for the parcel. Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. Please note we cannot delivery to P.O.Box addresses and hotels.

United of America Sales Tax

For orders delivered in the United States of America, prices are in US Dollars and are exclusive of sales tax. Sales tax might apply depending on state you are shipping to and will be displayed before confirming your order online.

European Customers:

Standard European Delivery (3-5 Working Days) €18

We deliver to all countries in the European for €18. Please note we cannot delivery to P.O.Box addresses and hotels.

All orders are dispatched via courier service, and will require a signature upon receipt. Deliveries are tracked for your convenience and should arrive within 3 – 5 working days.

Customs Duties

If your residence / delivery address is within the European Union you will not be charged any customs duty because on the European website, all prices are shown in the currency relevant to the zones selected. Prices that are shown include VAT.

International Customers

Rest of the World Standard Delivery (5-7 working days) £20

All orders are dispatched via courier service, and will require a signature upon receipt. Deliveries should arrive within 5 – 7 working days. Please note that you are responsible for any import duties and clearance fees (where applicable) in your own country.

Orders placed outside the United Kingdom, United of America and European

For orders placed outside the United Kingdom, United of America and European, please note that we ask you to take responsibility for any import duties and clearance fees (where applicable) in your own country and to check the duties and clearance fees with your local authorities.

All products shipped to international customers (excluding those from the United of America and the European) are VAT free. Therefore the price stated on the website is that of the product only. All prices on the United State of America and European sites are fixed and therefore do not react to changes in the Euro or Dollar currencies. The prices are set in line with the prices charged in the Thomas Pink stores in these territories.

All Reserve and Collect Orders are free of charge.

No, unfortunately Thomas Pink does not yet deliver to multiple addresses in one order. Separate orders will need to be placed should you require this service.

Can somebody else sign for my purchase?

Yes, anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods. Thomas Pink does not take responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have been signed for.

Can I have my shopping delivered to an address other than my card billing address?

Should you wish to have your shopping delivered to an alternative address please state this in the ‘Delivery Address’ section. Your order will be charged in the local currency of the shipping country/region. Items which are sent to an address other than that of the card billing address may be subject to confirmation with the card holder.

Will my purchase be received in your Pink packaging?

Please select the complimentary Thomas Pink gift box service on the right-hand side on the Shopping Bag area and we will ensure your shopping arrives in Pink’s signature packaging.

When ordering online, if you do not select the complimentary gift box service on your order the items will not be delivered in the Thomas Pink gift packaging. Please note: Thomas Pink jackets cannot be gift wrapped.
