Thomas Pink invites you to join “In the Pink,” our members only society designed to reward you, our most loyal of shirt hunters, with off the cuff perks and privileges.
Once joining, you will begin to earn reward “buttons” every time you shop at Thomas Pink. These “buttons” are exclusively yours and collected against your name.
At the beginning of the following hunting season, your “buttons” will be exchanged into Pink Rewards. A Thomas Pink reward card will then be posted to you which can be used to treat yourself in store or online.
We don’t place a limit on how many “buttons” you can earn, so you will continue to earn buttons whenever you spend during the season. When you reach the top two tiers of “IN THE PINK,” you can join in the adventures and will be rewarded with the option of “In the Pink” Jaunts.

Once you have become a member of our shirt hunting society and joined “In the Pink”, you will begin to earn “buttons” every time you shop with us. If you join online you must hold your horses for 3 days and then you can begin to earn “buttons”.
Make a point of saying that you are “In the Pink” every time you purchase in store so that the “buttons” you’ve earned can be added to your account.
Also be sure to use the same email address when shirt hunting in store or online. Those without email addresses cannot earn “buttons” online or receive their “buttons” statement email during the shirt hunting season.
Any purchases that were unfortunate enough to be made prior to joining “In the Pink” will not be rewarded in “buttons”.
Can I earn “buttons” on all my purchases?
Why of course! “Buttons” can be earned on all purchases made at Thomas Pink stores or online. You cannot however earn “buttons” on services such as delivery, alterations or buying gift cards.

Not quite, you can earn “buttons” in all Thomas Pink stores in the UK, US, France and Ireland apart from the following stores:

How do I earn “buttons” on my online purchase?
“Buttons” can only be earned when shopping at www.thomaspink.com, and will be added to your “IN THE PINK” account automatically.

How can I find out how many “buttons” I have earned for the season?
You can find out your “button” tally by asking in store. As a member of “In The Pink”, you will also receive a “buttons” statement email during the season with how many “buttons” you have earned.
If you’re keen to know sooner, you can also email us at inthepink@thomaspink.com with your name, email address and address and we will tote up your “buttons” balance for you.
When shopping in store, “buttons” will be added to your “In the Pink” account immediately.
When shopping online, please remember that it takes 6 working days for our system to register your “buttons” due to dispatch lead times so do not fear when “buttons” do not show on your account straight away. Back to top
How many “buttons” do I need in order to receive a reward?
Thomas Pink reward cards are issued every six months; with the value decided by the “buttons” you have collected over the previous shirt hunting season.
Fear not! If you haven’t reached the minimum amount of “buttons” needed to earn a reward in one season, the balance of “buttons” will be carried over to the next season.
Depending upon what stores you hunt for shirts at, it is possible to sign up to either “In the Pink” UK or “In the Pink” USA. It is with regret, however, that within Europe the scheme is only available for clients living in the UK.

WHAT ARE "IN THE PINK" JAUNTS?
Our smashing members only loyalty programme “In the Pink,” was designed to reward you, the most loyal of shirt hunters with Thomas Pink perks and privileges. As a member, if you have earned over 750 “buttons” in the UK programme or 1,200 buttons in the USA programme then you may treat yourself with an “In the Pink” Jaunt.
When you receive your reward card, you will be offered to choose an “In the Pink” Jaunt instead of using your reward card to shop online or in store.
We have carefully curated our Jaunts “In The Pink” to surprise and delight. All details will be disclosed when you receive your reward card. They are few and far, so snap one up quickly!
HOW DO I CHOOSE A JAUNT “IN THE PINK”?
The world is your oyster! New jaunts “In The Pink” we be available to request from 4th March 2013. Once you have decided upon a suitable jaunt simply request one.
You will need to be one of our Dashing and Splendid members that have accumulated more than 750 “buttons” if signed up to the UK scheme and more than 1200 “buttons” if registered on the USA Scheme.
Dashing and Splendid members will need to go to the ‘My Account’ section of the website, login and then select ‘Rewards’ and their country (UK or USA) to view the full list of jaunts on offer. On 4 March 2013 a ‘Request A Jaunt’ button will be appear under each option and members will need to click on the button, complete and then submit the form.
If you do not have a ‘My Account’ section please click here to view the range of UK jaunts on offer and here to view the range of US jaunts.
The requested Jaunt will then be sent to our “In the Pink” team and we will contact you within 2 working days to confirm your Jaunt. Only when our “In the Pink” team has contacted you to confirm your chosen Jaunt “In The Pink” will it be guaranteed.

CAN I PAY FOR AN “IN THE PINK” JAUNT IF I DON’T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY ON MY REWARD CARD?
Jaunts “In the Pink” can only be requested if a member has enough buttons on their reward card. They are only for our loyalist of shirt hunters that are Dashing and Splendid members and cannot be paid for by any other means, they must be completely paid for with the “In the Pink” reward card. CAN I REQUEST MORE THAN ONE “IN THE PINK” JAUNT?
Dashing and Splendid members may only request one jaunt “In the Pink” during each redemption period so choose carefully. Back to top
WHAT HAPPENS IF I REQUEST A PARTICULAR JAUNT AND IT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE?
Jaunts “In the Pink” are very sought after and are limited in availability. Dashing and Splendid members will receive Jaunts on a first come first served basis so plan ahead and be ready to request your chosen Jaunt as soon as you can.
If the “In the Pink” Jaunt you requested is no longer available, then one of our “In the Pink” team will contact you directly to organise an alternative Jaunt of your choosing. Back to top
IF I AM PART OF THE UK PROGRAMME CAN I CHOOSE A JAUNT IN THE US and vice versa?
As exciting as all the jaunts are, Dashing and Splendid members are only allowed to request a jaunt that takes place in the same country that holds their “In the Pink” account. Back to top
IF I REQUEST A JAUNT THAT IS THEN CONFIRMED CAN I GIVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Dashing and Splendid members are allowed to give their Jaunt to someone else but they must let our “In the Pink” team know upon confirmation.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE JAUNT I REQUESTED IS CONFIRMED BUT I STILL HAVE MONEY LEFT ON MY REWARD CARD?
Bravo! If you have any “Buttons” left on your Pink Reward Card after a jaunt has been redeemed then you will be notified of your new balance. If you shop online you will receive a new online code by email.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM SICK AND CANNOT MAKE THE JAUNT THAT I CHOSE?
If you are unable to make a Jaunt due to illness or any other reason, we cannot re-organise the Jaunt for you and we are not able to refund your Pink Reward card. Back to top
WILL I EARN ‘BUTTONS’ WHEN I USE MY REWARD CARD?
“Buttons” can be earned but only on the net amount (i.e. if a £20 gift card is used against a purchase of £100, then 80 “buttons” would be received). Back to top
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REWARDS?
Thomas Pink Reward cards are issued every six months with the value decided by the “buttons” you have collected over the previous shirt hunting season.
You will be issued your Pink Reward at the beginning of each new season, dependent on how many “buttons” you have earned in the previous season.
GET TO KNOW THE SHIRT HUNTING SEASONS

Why yes of course, enter your online code (from the front of the card) in the promotional code section at the check-out.

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY THOMAS PINK REWARD CARD HAS EXPIRED?
Your Thomas Pink reward card has a limited expiry date. The date will be revealed when you receive your card.
Once expired, reward cards cannot be renewed, so please ensure you dash to Thomas Pink to spend your Reward card within the expiry date.
Residents of the UK and USA have 3 months to spend their rewards on receipt of their reward card. Customers who do not live in the UK or USA have 6 months. Back to top
