Thomas Pink are pleased to now offer Free UK Returns for a limited time.
At Thomas Pink we do our best to ensure that you are taken care of before, during and after you make a purchase. We take great care when inspecting, packing and shipping your items, so it is very unlikely you will ever need to return an item at all, but should you not be entirely satisfied with the item you receive from us, you can now return the items free of charge and either exchange or get a full refund within 28 days of receipt.
Simply fill in the form that arrived with your purchase, send it back to us and we’ll do the rest.
Please note that we will only refund the original delivery charge on your purchase if the goods are faulty.

If your order is from outside the UK you can still benefit from our Easy Exchange Policy. Should you not be entirely satisfied with the item you receive from us, you can exchange the item or get a full refund within 28 days of receipt - without any hassle*.
