Customer Relations Advisor


  • Head Office

As a Customer Relations Advisor you will provide ‘world class’ customer service particularly relating to enquiries, returns and complaints and provide ad hoc support to the Direct Sales/ e-commerce and Retail Operations departments.


This role would be a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Associate or Supervisor who has been able to demonstrate superb customer relations skills but now wants to move into a more office based role.


You will be trained to know our brand intimately so that you become its greatest ambassador. Ultimately you will Provide the customer service ‘voice’ within the Retail Operations team for our stores and will deal with the accurate and timely processing of customer returns, complaints and enquiries including payment processing, whilst maximising selling opportunities to the customer.


In addition to this some of your duties will be as follows:

  • Deal with store based customer correspondence and queries in an accurate and professional manner.
  • Deal with e-mail and answer phone enquiries appropriately within 24 hours relating to customer service store based issues.
  • Forward written information of all store complaints to area managers
  • Brief Customer Services and Made To Order Administrator on all store complaints
  • Liaise with the Customer Services and Made To Order Administrator on decision making regarding returns and complaints
  • Work with the dispatch team to ensure items sent to customers are despatched promptly
  • Ensure Customer Service till is opened and closed daily.

With this is mind you will be a very confident individual who has fantastic customer service skills, you will need to be passionate about providing excellent service and be able to deal with all different types of customer queries and complaints over the telephone, you must therefore also have an impeccable telephone manner that will represent our brand quality, top-end and exceptional.

Accounts Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Head Office team as an Accounts Administrator. The position is a contract one and will last for 6 months. We are looking for someone to work 3 days a week 9.00 – 5.30pm between Monday and Friday.


Some of your duties will be as follows:

  • Processing of supplier invoices & payments
  • Sorting of incoming post
  • Maintaining Purchase Ledger scanning & filing.
  • Distributing invoices to departments for authorising.
  • Supplier Statement Reconciliations.
  • Processing of petty cash for all UK stores.
