However, should you not be entirely satisfied with the item you receive from us, you can exchange the item or get a full refund within 28 days of receipt - without any hassle. Simply fill in the form that arrived with your purchase, send it back to us and we’ll do the rest. Easy. However, we won't refund the original packaging charge on your purchase unless the goods are faulty.
