Store Manager

Heathrow Airport

We are currently looking for a store manager to join one of our busy Heathrow Airport terminal stores. to As a role model and ambassador for Thomas Pink, you’ll be responsible for developing a highly motivated and service focused sales team, ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service and the achievement of sales targets.

Please note that due to the early openings and late closings of the store, you must be within commutable distance from Heathrow airport.

You must have previous experience from a similar high-end retail brand having managed all aspects of your own store in an Assistant Manager or Store Manager capacity.

Assistant Manager

Heathrow Airport

As the Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in all sales and operational activities, seeking every opportunity to maximise profitability, improve service standards, and continually look to develop client relationships.

This would be a great opportunity for an experienced Supervisor or an Assistant manager to be part of an iconic brand and develop their career within the luxury fashion world.

Store Supervisor

Various stores across London

£9/hr + monthly and annual bonus potential + excellent benefits + £1,200 pa weighting allowance (if applicable)

As a supervisor in one of our London stores, you will support the management team in all sales and operational activities, seeking every opportunity to improve service standards, meet and exceed sales targets and develop your client relationships.

In order to apply for this role, you must have previous experience working for a similar brand as a senior sales associate or a supervisor.

You will be a positive, confident and proactive individual who has a passion for exceptional customer service. Strong commercial skills are preferable with the ability to make effective decisions. You will have excellent communication, delegation and time management skills as well as being a proven leader who can motivate and coach.

Sales Associates (Full-time & Part-time)

Various, accross the UK & Ireland

£6.95 – £7.95/ hour + monthly and annual bonus potential + excellent benefits + £1,200 pa weighting allowance (if applicable)

Trained to become an ambassador for Thomas Pink, you’ll be a key member of the sales team providing an impeccable, efficient and friendly service at all times. Helping to build relationships with all of our customers, you’ll provide expert advice and knowledge on our products, ensuring they find the items they are looking for.

To apply for this role, you must have previous retail experience working in a similar setting, ideally gained with a luxury fashion brand. You’ll understand and appreciate style and sophistication and this will be reflected in your ability to connect and converse with our clients. Most importantly, your very high standards of customer service will be your greatest asset.
